Delete Account

We respect your privacy and give you complete control over your account. If you wish to delete your NonriX account, please follow the steps below.

Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Log in

Log in to your NonriX account using any supported platform:

• Android App
• iOS App
• Web App (nonrix.ai)

2. Open Profile

Navigate to the Profile section.

3. Select "Delete Account"

Scroll to the bottom of the Profile page and tap or click Delete Account.

4. Confirm Deletion

A confirmation popup will appear with important information regarding your account deletion request.

After reviewing the information, click Confirm Delete to proceed.

5. Deletion Process

Once confirmed:

• Your account will be scheduled for deletion.
• Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted after 30 days.
• If you change your mind, simply log in within the next 30 days to cancel the deletion request and restore your account.

Account Deletion Confirmation

When you choose to delete your account, you will see a confirmation dialog similar to the following:

• Your account will be marked for deletion and permanently removed after 30 days.
• Logging in during the 30-day period will automatically cancel the deletion request.
• If no login occurs within 30 days, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

Need Immediate Deletion?

If you would like your account to be deleted immediately, please contact our support team through the Profile → Support section within the NonriX application.
